Formed as Oak Harbor Airlines

This airline started operations as an FBO and maintenance at Oak Harbor Airport. They also ran a flight service to Sea-Tac airport. Harbor Airlines voluntarily suspending operations on July 3, 1006 pending reorganization. The airline was originally called Whidbey Flying Service Harbor Air notified the FAA that it was voluntarily ceasing commercial operations. He says the company can still operate on a charter or service-on-demand basis.The reason Harbor Air cited for closing down was financial difficulties.
